How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We offer express worldwide shipping. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days, while international shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags still attached.
How do I find my perfect fit?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our designs are inspired by diverse body shapes, but if you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for more coverage.
Are your materials sustainable?
Yes, VDM the Label is committed to the environment. Many of our collections are crafted from ECONYL®, a 100% regenerated nylon yarn made from discarded fishing nets and ocean waste.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of purchase if you need to make changes, and we will do our best to assist.
Do I have to pay for customs and duties?
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
